In Gentle Gymnastic classes and Postural we’ll face slower and softener exercises, suitable for third age people, pregnant/after pregnancy women, those needing to renew the habit to physical activities or having specific problematics to give more attention to.
Unlike we may think muscle strength plays a primary role to prevent bone degeneration in later life, therefore the best we can do to better our particular fragility situation is to give our body steadiness and time to build proper strength through specific exercises, achieving a good body support and mental benefit.
